So, I've read through the tutorial that was posted on here (admittedly I had to try it without reading any directions first). I have added the AFS via the task and used the Feeder function, as well as the advanced function (Yes, If FeedA Then ON was in the command line) and I cannot get this AFS to budge. Nothing at all, no half motion, no noises absolutely nothing. Removed, re added it and no change. Fusion says it's connected and OK, and the light on the back is lit up. But I'm a complete loss. Has anyone else ran into this, or have any suggestions? Opening a ticket with Neptune is really where I'm at at this point, I purchased this new yesterday from a brick and mortar.

Thanks

If you manually move the slider to ON for the feeder does it run?
If it does then its most likely something with your code, if it doesn't then I'd assume it's a hardware problem.

Moving the slider to on should bypass any coding, so unfortunately it sounds to me like its probably bad. I'd try customer support like you mentioned then take it back to the store if they don't resolve your issue. The only other things I would maybe try is a different aquabus cable, and a different aquabus port although I doubt either will help since your Apex sees the feeder.
Seeing as you're from WV im guessing the store you bought it from is likely not very close to where you live, and if there is a store somewhere in WV that carries apex items please share.

Went all the way to Charlotte, NC for it unfortunately. I don't know of anywhere that sells anything for our hobby in this state. I may reach out to the store directly first, to see if they have anything or if they want me to ship it to them. The guy talked like he had a pretty good relationship with Neptune, so we'll see.
