Neptune Apex Quick Programming Question

Folks,

Try as I might to understand how OSC and Timer work, I'm stumped. Can someone provide me with the programming to do the following:

I'd like to shut down my return pump at 8:00AM for 10 minutes, and then again at 2:30PM for 10 minutes.

I'm grateful if someone can provide the code to make this work!!!!

This would work:

Fallback ON
Set ON
If Time 00:00 to 08:00 Then OFF
If Time 08:09 to 14:30 Then OFF
If Time 14:39 to 00:00 Then OFF
