Good morning
I just finished filling my Waterbox 7225 peninsula. I am using a Neptune core 20 and other than on initial set up I do not seem able to adjust flow settings. The buttons on the module will not increase or decrease the flow they seem stuck at the 40% flow that I originally selected.
I also cannot seem to find the right place to go in fusion to adjust the flow there either. Other than unplugging the unit I can’t seem to make any adjustments to the flow at all. Would appreciate any help possible.Thank you

I believe when hooked to fusion you must control thru fusion. The cor20 can be controlled without an apex as a stand alone pump that is when the controller would work. With mine connected to apex Ive only been able to press the co trailer buttons a few times to make cor turn off I think .

Thanks for your replies. Not being able to use the module for flow increase or decrease when its connected to Apex l seems limiting for this Hi Tech equipment, but was considering the same thing. I did discover that I can turn it on and off at least.
I have that sucker up to 50%! So I should back off? Flow through the sump does seem a little aggressive, but I am still figuring out what is normal and researching.

Well most people shoot for anywhere around 4-8x tank turn over an hour. With rhat being said only 2 ways to figure out what you pumping. 1 is to actually measure it with a bucket and a timer. And second is install a flow sensor to measure it. Originally I measure with bucket and was happy with the results. Was kinda a lot of work and had to pre build pvc bypass pipe to temporarily install to run to a bucket due to my sump design. But it worked. Then I changed some stuff up and wanted to know again so decided to this time install apex flow sensor. I was surprised to see after doing a manual bucket test and compaired to flow sensor it was very close so now after adjusting flow I can mostly rely on flow sensor.
