I have nothing but good things to say.

My cat pulled the cord out of display, they fixed for $60 out of warranty.

Lightening hit my head unit..they sold me a new head unit for $200 and fixed the original for $99.

One of my Wavs died out of warranty at 24 months...they hooked me up with a satisfactory discount on a replacement.

I bricked unit during update once, they walked me through a fix.

Had problems with my flowmeter install, they walked me through a fix.

I can and have bought just about any control gadget you can think of.

What more could you ask?

Okay there is a slight delay in their ticket process but it works..
