Neptune DOS will not work

So I recently bought a new tank I went to set up my apex everything went pretty smooth . I hooked everything up as normal everything but the dos pump please help it says it pumping but it does not move if tried pluging the usb into another port ive tried everything.

Are you sure it’s set up correctly? The “remove” pump goes backward for some reason. When I set up my DOS for water changes my drain line wasn’t pumping water out, it was trying to pull water from the drain back into the tank.

im getting nothing at all no power. The Calibration task does even turn the pumps and I basically had it set up on my old tank the same way

If connected by AquaBus, did you also connect the 24v power adapter? It’s required unless you connect with a 1Link cable instead.

@SuncrestReef That is exactly what it was my power adaptor was not plugged into my surge protector sheeeeeesh i was about to have a cow!!! Thanks again for the help
