Hello, I hope this ok to post here. I’m having an issue with my Neptune while out of town that is causing me to panic.

I have a wifi camera on my tank and see that all the modules (2x EB832, Trident, Trident NP) are flashing orange. I think all outlets are back to their fallback position. My dashboard is saying that my two EB832 are disconnected while the Tridents, DOS, FMM are normal. I know each EB is connected directly to the A2.

When I first checked the status the FMM and both EB’s were disconnected but now (two hours later) the FMM is showing as connected and only the EB are disconnected.

Is there anything I can try remotely? Or have a friend try if they can stop by my house? I won’t be able to return for two days.

Edit: Now I’m receiving an error that the apex is disconnected from fusion. I have lost the ability to monitor remotely.

Power is still on correct and you can see the camera?

If that is the case you may want to reboot the apex…although now it sounds like you can no longer see it on the app.

I would have a friend stop by and make sure everything is still running.

At the moment everything on the tank is running and I can view it over WiFi. I wonder if it’s safer to just leave it be until I get back in a couple days?

Right now, somehow, it has reconnected to fusion but the energy bars are still showing as disconnected from the apex.

But, the auto feeder did kick on as programmed. The pump, power head, INKBIRD, skimmer are working but the phosphate reactor is turned off.

I could have a friend stop by and reset it for me but I’m really worried if something adverse would happen he wouldn’t be equipped to know what to do
