I have been running a Neptune Sky since it was released. It runs really good with the exception that after a long power outage it didn't come back to the programmed schedule. I didn't know why so I contacted Neptune. The response from the help desk was incredible. What they decided to do was send me a refurbished Sky and I would send mine back. It is out of warranty but they still wanted to diagnose the issue. However when I hooked up the new light it started at a low light level (25%), my old one I've been running at 75%. But when I tried to increase the intensity it wants acclimatize over 17 days, which wouldn't be good for my coral. Is there a way to avoid acclimation mode. Incidentally I don't run an Apex so the light is controlled via bluetooth.

I figured it out, found a panel on the app that allows you to cancel acclimation mode. Tbh I’m not sure I could find it again lol
Good to hear! I didn't even know you could run them without an Apex! :) Every day is a school day!
