SO I was working on a DIY screen top cover and noticed what appears to me that I have a channel missing. so I cranked up all channels and intensity to 100% confirm.
and sure enough, there appears to be a strip of lights missing.

The light is about 6 months old. Can anyone who has the Neptune sky light let me know if their light also has a strip of lights that appear missing? I don't want to have to break open the light to find out.

Thanks,
Julian
