Neptune trident filter

Hey reefers. So once again having trouble with my apex. This time with my trident. Everytime I change my reagent I generally have to unplug it to get it to work again. I would get test a failed then no sample water error. Normally that worked. This time it did not. So after a few hours of trouble shooting I figured it out. Even though when I blew through the filter it still did not work. I was at my wits end as this always happens before I head out of town for work. I took the filter off and it worked. My question is we’re can you buy a new one I don’t see them for sale anywhere? I have reached out to Neptune so we will see if they answer. Unit is about 6 months old.

The filter is included in the Trident spare parts kit. Outside of that I'm not sure if they sell it separately.
