I have a water damage Neptune Trident. The circuit board is fried. I'm wondering if you know where I can get a replacement for that specific part?

You should create a ticket via Neptune support. They can assist you with your options.

I second this. I've been in this situation and at least before neptune was bought out, I was able to get it replaced for a $100 deposit that was refunded when the damaged Trident was received by them.

I had the board that has the sensor for the cuvette get fried from the cuvette overflowing and customer service told me they won’t sell boards from the unit. All I could do was send it back in for “maintenance” which cost $200 plus the refunded $100 deposit.

This makes sense. Also worth noting that the deposit, cross ship, maintenance also includes a 2 month reagent box.
