Nero 5 Fish Killer

I have had a Nero 5 running in my BioCube 32 since Thanksgiving running at 45% or lower without any issues. Until this week.... I have lost 5 fish (an two starfish arms) this week being sucked into the back of the fan. Trying to figure out what had changed.

Anyone else have any issues with this fan attacking fish?

I've had mine about 2 months and no issues, I've seen fish all around the back out it and doesn't seem to bother them. my star cralled over it with no issues

Curious about others experiences too. I have had two fish now die in the same way, head in tail out

No issues with mine - fish really don’t pay attention at all to them.

Is it possible the fish are dying from something else then being pulled into the pump after they're dead?
