New AI Prime 16HD Help !

I've purchased some new AI Prime lights for my new 40g reef tank I've watched some videos but it's still kinda unclear on what my schedules should be. How long should my light be on for during the day ? Ramp up time ? intensity of the light I currently have it about 75%. I've attached some photos any help is appreciated.

Nice lights! So couple of suggestions for you. There is a BRS AB+ profile floating around that a lot of people like. World Wide Coral also offers some presets, and AI has their “signature series” profiles.

In terms of overall scheduling WWC suggests a 10-12 hour total light schedule for coral. 3 hours of blue light, 4 hours of white and blue in the middle of the schedule, and 3 more hours of blue at the end. I generally follow this schedule with about a one hour ramp on each side. I think the white ramp is about an hour too.

Definitely get a PAR meter to get a sense of your light intensity. Enjoy!

Just my opinion, but I have mine scheduled for times that I am home and can enjoy the tank.

Your spectrum looks close to brs, but intensity depends on mounting height also.
