New Algae Reactor

HI all,
I am about to install an algae reactor (Pax Bellum).
The first step is to decide what type of algae I should use in the reactor.
The second question is where I should include copepods in the reactor.
Please advise.

If you are keeping tangs and want to grow some tang food, I'd try some red ogo in there. Many have reported to have grown it successfully in a reactor. When you harvest you can put some in the tank. Most tangs really like it. I don't know about the pods.
