New and need help...

Welcome to the group !!
Lets talk filters. What filtration are you using? Add carbon to assist with purification and clarity. You took a great risk as crabs mentioned of removal from Ocean BUT also bringing in any unwelcomed creatures and pests in addition to bacteria and micro-organisms.
Additionally, what do you have for lighting (or will be using for lighting ) ??
We understand the excitement in new tank but there are cautions involved. Nothing goes quick with reefing and you will have to go very slow WITH A PLAN and ride the storm as many of us have. Cycling the tank is important for many reasons, and this tank as it sits will come together but you will have some tweaking to do. We as R2R have your back and igf you are open to suggestions..... we are going to place you on a joyful journey.

One big drawback with cycling is waiting:

welcome to r2r! There has been some great advice here. Bringing up the temp, purchase a couple bottles of biospira and get an appropriate test kit. Keep an eye on your water perimeters. Ammonia badge is highly recommended. Have backup water prepped for large water changes to keep a level up on the ammonia in case it rises.
