I bought an anemone that arrived today and after walking around for a bit, it seemed like it settled, but I woke up and decided to check on it and found it on the bottom of the tank with the foot not attached. Other than turning off the flow, is there anything I should do for it?

It is probably wandering for a new spot and you should leave flow on, as it will pick a spot based on flow and lighting.

If you turn off flow, you will “trick it” and it will pick a spot, but when flow is resumed it might not be happy and then start to wander and restart the process.

Keep flow normal. Make sure powerheads are protected with anemone guards or foam

Anemones can take a couple of days to pick a spot. I wouldn't keep adjusting flow or lighting cause it will keep moving.

Don't do anything. Your Anemone is moving around to find a suitable spot.

Let the tank run as intended and let the Anemone do its thing.

By turning off flow, you will cause your Anemone to wander around, looking for flow.
