New anemone to DT

My friend is passing me his newly spawned RBTA soon but he is having a ich/fluke issue in his tank.

May I know what should I do to eliminate the parasites that RBTA could possible bring over before putting into my DT?

Most rinse, rinse, rinse (or dip, dip, dip) the RBTA really well with your tank water and then place into a QT for 76 days to starve out any hitchhiking parasites and worms.

I don't have space for a QT, may I know what is the best alternative?

My concern is actually the fluke, if setup a small container and do a 3 days Prazi treatment for the anemone will it be fine?
