New apex backwards compatible?

Wondering if the new apex is backward compatible to the EB8 ($150 I believe)? I need more than the 8 outlets that came with the kit and looking for a cheaper alternative than $250 version. Thx

I'm not an Apex owner, but I'm pretty sure the answer to that is "yes." @hybridazn does own Apex and could probably help you. Maybe @Terence is around too and could confirm.

Yes all modules and eb's from the classic will work on the new apex. But the new eb832 will not work on the classic.
