Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes. Its been a couple weeks since I last checked up on here, but I added 165W of light to my tank and bought some corals over the weekend (my light intensity never gets to 100% cause I'm worried of bleaching my corals)

Roleadro LED Aquarium Light, Dimmable Coral Reef Led Light 165W
^These are the lights I have now and this is my setup

I was wondering if anybody on here has had experience with these type of lights and if they are good for growing coral. My green star polyp and favita brain coral are behind the ship directly under (14.5 inches) the light. My previous coral died due to bleaching so I want to make sure I have the lighting and flow right this time because my parameters, salinity and temp are almost always constant
