New bubble tip anemone

Help! I just received the bubble tip from saltwater fish.com today and he looks awful to me but I'm new to this. Can anybody help? What is hanging out of his mouth? It looks like guts to me! He arrived like this. And the little bit of water he arrived in smelled pretty bad!

should I remove him from my tank asap?

He looks like his foot is torn up pretty bad. I would take pics and get a new one for free if thays what they sent you.

That is Not good. it is a gonner i do believe. you need to get with their customer service ASAP.
