While it sucks that I had a fracture on delivery day. Will definitely state after being real with each other. Joe is really going above and beyond. Yes I was beyond furious.

In my mind:
1. The shatter from freight was where my holes were. (Wrong forks used on the lift, but regardless that’s also 4K pounds 24/7 if filled) Added space here to assist in structural integrity on rebuild.
2. The communication is A1 on this rebuild, like communication EOD or daily.
3. Turn around, told 4/9/22. If that’s kept, will seriously be impressed. (Can’t be measured until it’s packaged and loaded) If this date is hit, will strongly encourage if buying from him to use the 20% skip the line. When you plan the whole build and have everything in 3-4 options waiting….go this route. You are ready day 1, not piecing together.
4. Packaging improvement is being worked on, due to concerns so not at the mercy of the forklift driver who doesn’t give a s***. (Yea that happened, 30 something inch forks on a 60x60 pallet. This is careless on frieght end.) besides watching them bounce it up and down or tilt the forks.

money isn’t my issue. The issue is having a timely experience so all the pieces fall together seamlessly. Had a couple mishaps but starting to think it was a good thing this happened. Has allowed:
1. See where fail points could have been - addressed. (Straighten your hand and bend it 45 degrees at the wrist. Now picture that’s 1 inch thick glass due to double pane with perimeter on the bottom, humans can’t do this….ak47 bullet proof glass is the same thickness, seriously I checked it out)
2. Hire another artist for the overflow build v2 (excited the most for this truly) off the new sketch of the build.
3. Allow the IG world the ability to vote on what is used. Thanks to them a overflow that is available but has 0 popularity will be used. IG spoke and didn’t like the Durso, bean, or herbie. Excited about this part honestly, the business is intended to prove or disprove things for sale to save the hobbyist a few dollars and generate a tax write off.

Improved items:
1. Communication specifically with me.
2. Design around structure integrity.
3. Aesthetic considerations to match the color coordination on sand, light, powerhead, and light mounting. (Really cool, yes it cost me a couple extra dollars but that’s not my concern.) the idea of extra consideration about this look is important as it’s the flagship tank of the company and the one seen by people.
4. Pallet adjustments just incase a careless forklift driver. Remember 60x60 isn’t the same as 24-30 wide where the forks won’t have pressure on a center overflow.

Important note: IG voted for Joe, they had the option of other builders.
