You said all the rest of your corals are doing good though? Theres got to be something that the anemone doesn't like.It seems to still be shrinking.
What kind of lights did it come from?
What is your current lighting schedule and intensity? (screenshot is fine)
How far above the tank are your lights hung?
Did you count your livestock? I had a maxi (not so) mini do this for two days after eating my mandarin...sigh
