New cor15 random flow drop

After waiting months, I was finally able to score a cor15 at my lfs last weekend. Well it’s been nothing but trouble. At least once a day the flow will randomly drop about 100 gph. Of course when this happens I get a huge waterfall in my over flow. It happens at random times of the day. I have checked the advanced programming and it’s not in there. And no it’s not being placed in feed mode when it happens. Been very unimpressed with all the Neptune gear, and I have a lot of it.
