New critters

I am new to this so please help. I have found two new critters in my 20 gal tank. I think one is a micro brittle star and the other mini feather duster. Good or bad? Keep or get rid of them? Pic and video below.

I agree with brittle star,
second one is a barnacle

I definitely see the brittle star. Keep it. It’s a good scavenger.

I’m having trouble seeing the other thing…but if it is a feather duster it’s also good. If it’s an aptasia then get rid of it.

there is a little white opening and it shoots out what looks like a fan momentarily and then sucks it back in. Don't think it is a barnacle.
