Sorry for not updating lately. Have been busy at work and have run in to problem after problem with my setup. I scraped the original sump out of frustration. Replaced it with a rubber bin. Now I have to run work all my plumbing. Will post pics soon.

How are you liking the hydra I just purchased one. I also opted to go for the jbj rl45 so I wouldn't need a sump

The hydra is great. I don't have the 52. It's awesome though. All the hitchhikers love it. Lol. Hopefully soon I'll get the director for it.

It's hard to find them. I got lucky and my LFS just happen to have one in their showroom. Mine cost me less then $200. I love mine fits perfectly in the nook under my stairs. Let me know if their is anything I can help you with.

Yes. I completely redid everything. I used the plumbing that came with the if my refugium. I made a durso that was to short and had a lot of noise with that on due to the water flowing through the overflow and falling. It was way to short. The second one I made is about an inch below the overflow and is dead silent.
