New development in my 3 month old tank

Ok so just when you think you have a grip on things, you make it through the cycle stage and life develops in your tank.. something weird develops.. well thats an everyday thing for me..lol
Any way i wanted to reach out and see if any one can tell me what these white spots are that have appeared on the back wall of my tank.
I have a 55gal set up with about 45lbs of live rock sitting on a 2" sand bed.
Two clowns, royal grams, coral beauty and my clean up crew. Most of them are 30 plus days in the tank. Testing is all good i still have 8 to 10 on nitrate but the fuge is coming soon. I have some zoa, an acan, yellow trumpet and some other corals in the tank also.

There are about a half dozen of these spots at the time.

Might have to see if i can zoom in on one, there really tiny so you might be right and thank you for your help.
