I have a pistol shrimp and a Randall goby paired

I also have a green clown goby, I haven’t seen it all day today and didn’t come out when I was feeding, is this normal?

My 3 clown gobies splat themselves against the glass every time I walk by hoping I will drop some food. To me it seems very uncharacteristic that it won't come out to eat, especially if it was an established fish. Its not normal and I would be concerned. But if its new, it might just be hiding, its not clear in your post how long you had it.
