New fish

I have been cycling my tank with some live rock and live sand and kick start with a couple cardinals in their as well and I’ve been doing that for about a week now. Would I be able to start adding in my eel and angel or should I wait?

I would wait another week then do it, wait to see if it spikes in anything.

Wait at least 10-14 days. Why ?
You want to assure that numbers are stable and consistent and you are susceptible to spikes in which eel may be sensative to.

76 bow front with sump etc… snowflake eel and rusty angel

I would add 1 of the fish and then the other. Those are 2 heavier bioload fish especially the eel. They're very messy eaters.

So would the tank and everything be fine if I just add the angel? I’m getting the water tested again before I add them I just want answers so if I’m clear I’m going to add one !

Your numbers say yes. I would just be careful and test your water for the next couple days after adding them. Personally I would add them 2weeks+ apart so your bioload can adjust. The eel is really messy and will cause a lot of ammonia in your tank. You'll want the tank to have good bacteria for it.
