ive recently moved form softies up to lps...just got my second frogspawn....I’m wondering if what I’m assuming is a new head is actually the start of a new head or if it’s a hitchhiker..

Umm. Mine frogspawn and hammer head all reproduce by splitting at the head. I do have a little head like that on my hammer but it hasn't grown while the original head has split from 2 to 9 head in about 6 month.
