Is this a new head sprouting? Also just to lyk the reason it’s kinda werid on the left side is it’s in the process of splitting I think.

don't get too excited yet.... like a real baby.... the small ones off the side usually don't get too big and sometimes they just fall off in my experience. The split at the main head it for sure though.
