Thank you! It has been and still is a learning experience. I’d like to post some shots from over the last two years to show some of the ups and downs and how a tank cycles. From the various algae cycles to half my hammer getting nuked by my anemone. It’s been fun

Yeah you have to watch out for the anemones I had one that floated around the tank and stung all my acros. Lets just say I dont have an anemone any more.
This anemone just got too large for the tank, then it split, killed half my hammer and jumped into the powerhead causing a mess and a massive cyano bloom. I cut it into three pieces, let them heal then traded them in for store credit to get the elegance and a bulls eye pistol shrimp and torch. Thankfully the Clowns now host the Elegance. Sometimes you just have to learn the hard way. The hammer is back up to 13 heads.

Looks great! Hopefully one day my tank will look as good.
Thank you, that means a lot. I am new to saltwater reef keeping and do not consider myself an expert. The only advice i really feel comfortable giving is go slow because you cant rush anything. It takes months/years for a tank to cycle and learn from your mistakes. Oh, that and you're probably overfeeding!

I have the same type or same color hammer and its 25+ heads is 6 mounths
Yeah I bought it with only three heads, it grew to about 12 then half were killed. It’s back up to about 12 years, I just dragged of two that weren’t getting enough light. One of my favorites. Very hardy, much Carsten growing than my pink frogspawn.

Yeah I'm considering fragging it at my local fish store for a neon green splatter hammer and a pink hammer.
I want a big ole green frog spawn. I have opted for hearty colorful corals. I no longer but either. Just drag the GSP, mushrooms and others for trade ins to get store credit. I find it more rewarding that way and let hard on the wallet.

Yeah Hammers, Frog spawns, and torches will put a hole in your wallet.
