I've considered it.....Just didn't convince myself, they are low power and its a tall tank. When we just had one in there it seemed like we didn't have enough movement, but since I don't know what I'm talking about.....lol.

I think if you leave that protien skimmer on 24/7 it will provide enough O2 and gas exchange, and you could move one even lower. Might want to get a second opinion though, I am a noob as well.

BTW, Welcome to R2R! You're gonna love this community. Its made up of a bunch of knowledgeable and helpful people who do it for the love of the animals. Happy reefing!
