New light, worried about lack of spectrum?

A light im considering has a breakdown of

• White led 12.000°K: 56;
• Royal Blue led 450 nm: 84;
• Red Deep led 660 nm: 14;

this makes me think the spectrum is too narrow, and lacking in areas. It reminds me of the 50/50 reefbrites which I wouldnt use as the sole light source for a tank.

Thoughts?
