Hi everyone,
I'm new to R2R but I've had a 28 gal. JBJ reef tank for about 10 years with my son, which we got when he was 5. We live in Southern California. My Avatar is our 10 year old red-legged Hermit Crab named Temporary. He's named that because we were going to give him back to the LFS once we started coral, but he turned out to be reef safe.
We had 2 Black Ocellaris Clownfish. The Male died when he was 7 and the Female just died at 10. That leaves our tank empty of fish. We also have a 10 year old Bumble Bee snail, 5 Emerald Crabs, a Fighting Conch, and Trochus snails. After all of the good things we've done and mistakes we've made, we feel it's time to upgrade to a larger tank. For us it's a whole new world of fish, coral, and equipment choices so I've been insanely diving into everything again, including joining R2R.
Best,
Temphermitcrab
