I purchased two anemones and these things are trying to give me a heart attack.

Aquarium stats -
1.5 yrs old established reef with very few coral
<0.05 phosphates per Hanna reader
10 or less nitrates.
78 degrees
SG is low at 1.021 (historically low going to start fixing that today slowly!)

I have a pair of maroons that hosted the nem the day after I put it in. It mmediadtely planted its foot and moved to the spot of its liking within 3 days. Yesterday it looks happy and open and today it looks horrible. I haven’t fed it as respecting the 1 week before feeding rule.
The first pic is yesterday with clown in it. The second pic is today - it looks horrible: it swings between the two so I thought it was just adjusting but today I’m worried. Mouth open. Not good.

what do you guys think?

Added lights are led/t5 hybrid. I turned down the LED. Tank is 210g.
