New Nem - What is it?

I picked up this interesting little fellow at my LFS today. Looks very similar to a maxi mini but it's only around 1.5 inches across, and there were two identical ones in the tank. The LFS has no idea where it came from, so I guess it is a hitchhiker. It has a mottled pink/white foot, and every 2-3 tentacles along the edge are pink. Any suggestions what I have here?

I have no idea what it is, but it is quite interesting looking.

Adding better pictures for reference. I've never seen a baby maxi mini so I'm not sure if that's what this is or not. The area around the mouth without tentacles is very big, and I don't think I've ever seen a maxi mini with the white striping around the mouth either.

The closest looking nem I know (other than the maxi mini) is Actinoporus elegans, but I can only find pics of the mouth of one, and, while closer, it doesn’t seem to have the same horizontal striping on it (at least not that I can tell).
