Thanks. So should I submit a support ticket for the question on the lubrication interval for the new doser 3 heads?

I am going to set up mine on the same schedule that I have on my maxi 2.2 which is every three months. That is the same schedule I have been using to clean the heads on my doser 2.2. I ham sure the head dosing ammonia at 20 ml per day could go much longer compared to the head that is dosing Kalk at 2500 ml/day. The kalk head is the only one that is dirty.

I certainly hope this does not stretch out for months. I was under the impression that they would be shipping at the end of the pre-order sale early in the month. Maybe that was wishful thinking on my part.

When they post a June 9th launch date to me that implies that they will start shipping then but they do not have the best track record of meeting those expectations.

For our US customers:
We expect the first shipment of GHL Doser 3 units and Upgrade Kits to arrive at our US warehouse approximately 2–3 weeks after the official release, depending on customs clearance and import procedures at that time.

Anybody get their Doser 3 or upgrade kit yet? My still says processing, so I assume was not part of whatever was already shipped to NC for distribution.

I have not seen that anyone has received any Doser 3 stuff. A note was added to my order on July 1 "Backordered"

I do not have mine. They said they were going to try to get everything shipped prior to GHL going on vacation thru Aug 9 but I doubt they were and if they were they would be stuck in customs again or the last excuse was customs refused them and they were returned to Germany.

It would be nice if GHL would be honest with their customers.

I have order back in May that is still not arrived yet, plus the doser 3 upgrade kit and other stuff... Sent email to them and got the same answer that they were going to ship it before their Germany break. I don't trust them at all at this point...

I just received an email notifying me that the Doser 3.0 upgrade kit and the WiFi LAN expansion card were on its way to UPS

I hope everybody is getting similar news soon!

Getting a bit frustrated.

On top of that my existing Dosers and Expansion Box2 will not take firmware updates. Tried from two different PCs. So down the firmware rabbit hole i go too...


Truly hope that this process improves with future devices and software.

I notice that in GCC -- firmware versions don't appear correctly for PAB devices. Maybe a reboot or something fixe that.

While I was able to update my power bars, dosers, and expansion box, the KH dirextor refuses to update from 1.00 to 1.01

Anybody else able to update the KH Director?

Hello,

Don't try to update your KHD or IOND from version 1.00 to 1.01, it's useless.
Version 1.01 is only the software support for the industrial hardware version of the KHD and IOND.
When an update is required, this is indicated in the GHL Control Center release notes.
