Hey all- I am currently cycling my new Red Sea Reefer 425XL and am thinking about my fish list and would love anyone's opinion on how many, if they get along and the order I am thinking..my list below is in the order I would put them in although I was hoping to put the first 5 in at once as the first fish but what are your thoughts? They recommended those fish on BRStv during their tank set up and it seemed like a good plan but it did seem like they added them all at once. I plan on adding some inverts and corals too when I can. For sure a CUC as well.

1- 2x clowns
2- yellow tang
3- Tomini Tang or Kole Tang
4- 6 line wrasse
5- Sailfin Blenny
6- Royal Grammas maybe a few if I can, I like schooling fish they seem fun
7- Zebra Dart Fish
8- some type of goby and shrimp pair
9- 2-3 Firefish
10- Mandarin (only if I feel like I have a good pod population going.
11-Cleaner Wrasse

Tank currently cycling. I only turned lights on for picture. First time I did rock work as well so any feedback or advice on that is welcome :)

First off nice tank! I wouldn’t throw all of them in at once I’d go slightly slower to allow your tank to adjust especially a new tank. As far as your list I love all of those fish, I would hold off on the mandarin for at least a year to allow the pod population to grow and they are slightly harder to keep. I also have a shrimp and goby pair it’s amazing to see them interact just make sure your rocks are secured they like to dig everywhere. Good luck and nice start!

Add your more docile fish first. Then your tangs. Your mandarin add after about 6 months.
Also, please QT everything first! Lol

beautiful rock work btw, here’s my 425xl

Here's what I have in my Reefer XL 425:

2 Clowns
1 Kole tang
1 Diamond goby (really helps to keep the sand clean)
1 Tailspot blenny
2 Anthias
1 Blue chromis
1 Yellow watchman goby
1 Pistol shrimp
2 Skunk cleaner shrimp
1 Mandarin goby (added after the tank was over 1 year old with a healthy pod population)

These are all peaceful fish so there's no aggression. Everyone gets along.
