So I have a question...I've removed old silicone around the tank...I've always dislike that bead of silicone around the tank. Picture is after I've removed it...My questions, do I need silicone the edges? Glass is 1/2"
Bottom if the tank does have silicone but that won't be seen.

So after 2+ months of sanding, painting and more beer then I’ll like to confess to...sand and water was added yesterday. Will start the cycle with fritz turbostart 900 today or tomorrow. Just depends on the hurricane looming over Florida!
Man these legacy MP40WES are loud... Definitely need to upgrade to the QD drivers ASAP!
The one doubt that I was having was with the background whether I wanted black or a dark blue! In the end, I went with the “norm” black! Guess next tank will be blue!
