Hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like it is an overlap mark that wasn't smoothed out all the way

So I got an email from SCA Steve and he said it was all good. the silicone that bonds the glass is what is important, what i am seeing is just cosmetic silicone that will not been seen. now I can continue with the build

glad you emailed them. they are typically very responsive. I have been truly pleased with my SCA66 tank.
