UPS stopped by yesterday with something I have been wanting for a few years now! Opportunity arose so I jumped on it. I have been happy with my Skimz SK181 cone skimmer, it has a great design and basically dead silent. But I like to try new things and wanted the mac daddy (IMO).

Aquarium Specialty - dry goods & marine livestock
I'd like to hear your thoughts on comparing it to the sk181. Noise? Skimming performance? What size system? I've got the sk181 now.
