I got em before I read about em but I got 2 of the Mexico margaritas. My tank is around 75F that should be ok right?

I think they will be fine and can go higher 78-81 if that is what you are worried about. The trick is to provide sufficient nutrients to keep them alive. They are pretty hardy critters given good and consistent conditions. I would not have them in a tank much higher than 81 for any appreciable amount of time. I would target 78 with sufficient food and good, consistent water quality.
