Just ship an empty bag!

Did you receive this in a shipment?

ghost fish lol that sucks man i be little mad if a fish was suppose to be in there. sorry man

Wow I laughed a little too hard at this! Did the two fish seem okay in the single bag?

I guess you can't have a DOA if you don't ship the fish. Hopefully everything is alright in the end, and I hope you didn't pay shipping on extra water

I'd still let them know about it. It's good that the 2 fish were ok but you could have had 2 dead fish if they weren't compatible or used up all the oxygen in the bag.
