Sorry if this isn't posted in the correct forum. Please feel free to move if needed. As I previously stated in my new member post, I am still relatively new to the saltwater/reefing scene. I have had a small 33 gallon tank that I started about a year ago. It was an old freshwater tank that I had and my 5 year old son has always loved saltwater fish and coral. I converted it over to saltwater and its had its fair share of ups and downs. It has definitely been a learning curve but now I am hooked lol. I am in the process of purchasing a new, bigger tank and am looking for any kind of input as far as what all I need to purchase from the beginning. I learned my lesson with trying to go the cheap route with the last one and I wont make the same mistake this time. Here is what I am looking at getting and please feel free to chime in with any suggestions as to what I may need to purchase as well. Thanks in advance everyone and we are excited to finally have a real tank! I know I will need sand and rock but this is more just the components I will need. I am going to use as much water out of my existing tank as I can and I also have about 30 lbs of live rock from this tank that I will use. I also want to run a refugium as well. Thanks!
