New Tank choice!

Hi,

Im living in europe and I will start reef tank on this Black Friday, my options are as below, what do u think what is my best choice? From equipement already owned (radion xr15 g5 pro, jecod knockoff of mp10, some old eiheim heater, cooling control wirh fan) Budget 2000€, i already have rocks, salt, sand, tests, bacteria, bio media all aquaforest, I plan to start 90/10 serious reef or brs biome cycle.

1st option
Maxspect smart lagoon 60
On discount for 2300€ i like thats they give everything, sensors, skimmer, cable management, controller, everyrhing from 1 app and some buttons on the cabinet and very cool loking sump and plumbing, im ready to stretch budget to get it since it seem high tech. I like gadgets.

2nd option
Red Sea 170 G2+
Price 1300€
Free ATO and i could get dc skimmer with auto level and make red sea ecosystem ( return, wavemakers etc) to have all in one app.

3rd Option
Red Sea Nano MaX g2 XL
Price 1300€
I would upgrade to ATO + Mat and maybe apend rest for some auto tester / doser like Xepta autobalance or KH keeper.

I went for a Neptunian M-pro 60 if you want other option.
It is my first tank and I just received it (good delivery, original sump, thin overflow so more water volume.

I went for a Neptunian M-pro 60 if you want other option.
It is my first tank and I just received it (good delivery, original sump, thin overflow so more water volume.

Looks nice, didnt knew they are in belgium and didnt wanted pay extra customs, can u tell me what other gear u went with? Skimemr etc to get the whole system runing :)?

I moved the hammer from this system to the rs170.

Red Sea just makes me nervous. Not just because of the issues with leaking but because of how they handled the situation.

For France, free shipping and I think it was sent from Belgium

I didn’t choose all the things to get it running yet.
Still need to choose the skimmer (Redsea dc 300, Maxspect Sk 200 maybe) and the light.
For return pump, gyre, dosing pump, fan, I went full Jebao by AliExpress.
And also bought a Maxspect Gyre 330 to try.

I opened a tank thread about it.

Very nice both Tanks, i didnt seen any IM tanks in eu shops but i will check again, if i ship from US then who knows how much customs will want from me :D

They ship from china to the US. Not sure about Europe.

I will definietly follow your thread! And i may to exactly same, I live in Hungsry but I believe it would most likely be free shipoing EU wise, are u happy with Sump design? Look cool on the pictures.

I like the look of the sump and seem strong. And they will have soon their own filter roller instead of the socks.

@exnisstech might know better but from my understanding they offered a $500 discount on a new system. Which isn’t enough in my opinion.

Not sure if consumer laws are different there but here in the US If it's under warranty they'll give you a new tank but no reimbursement for lost livestock or home damage.
