setting up a nuvo fusion 150 and was wondering how best to light a 48x30x20 tank. This is for an SPS dominant tank. Just seems like a lot of choices.
Please advise. Thanks

There sure are a lot of choices.

The three categories are:
Metal halide
T5
LED

Are you leaning towards anything?

The 30" width makes it so you would probably need 2 rows of LEDs. If it were mine, I would get either 2 metal halide pendants or an 8 bulb T5 fixture.

Thanks,
Was thinking about either 6 xr15s or a T5 hybrid with 48 in. ATI or Geissmann with 4 HO bulbs and 2 xr30"s and possibly more lighting depending on PAR readings. I would expand the T5 as wide as I can get it. Also, was looking at the dimmable T5's.
