I just bought some acro, i am basically new to it. they are wonderwoman and pink cadillac. I keep hearing about lighting, flow and parameters. Parameters won't be a problem. but my major concern, is the lighting, the flow. I currently have a kessil A160WE. I usually keep it at 20% white 80% blue. I do have a controller on it. So it starts at 5%, increases as the day goes and decreases after noon. I have about 70% brightness at peak. But what i dont understand is the Par that i hear everybody talking about. How do I figure out my Par?

You'd have to rent or buy a par meter. Alternatively, you can look up similar tanks with the same light and copy their settings. BRS has a couple good videos about that.
