Welcome! I have a Nuvo 20 myself, so let me know if you have any questions.

Welcome to R2R and the salty world. Initial set up is the dearest part. But then it’s the ongoing RO and saltwater etc. Plus the urge to buy fish and corals. Lots of knowledgeable and helpful people here who will support and advise you when needed.

Welcome to R2R and the salty world. Initial set up is the dearest part. But then it’s the ongoing RO and saltwater etc. Plus the urge to buy fish and corals. Lots of knowledgeable and helpful people here who will support and advise you when needed.
Yes, thank you! I have talked to many people already about the start up process and feel comfortable! Just one question. Should i exclude my filter when cycling the tank and just leave in the porous rock? Thank you!

Not sure about the filter. I didn’t when I cycled mine.

Hi,

Welcome to R2R. You can use the rubble rock as filler in gaps, or in a filter chamber, or a sump chamber or leave them out. You don’t have to use every one. You want to avoid stuffing them in and creating a low flow area that may trap detris. Keep us updated with pics
