Hello everyone,

New to the R2R community. Recently returned to the hobby with a 10 Gallon set up. Was looking for something low maintenance so I can fit it in to my schedule. So far its about 2 months old.
Having a bit of bacterial bloom at the moment. Just waiting for it to clear up. Hoping to learn more from the pros to improve knowledge and techniques in keeping a successful reef tank. Hopefully not make the same mistakes I made in my first set up back in 2018. Will post some photos once it clears up. Cheers!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone
first two shots where about a week and a half in. Started with dry rock and bare bottom and fishless cycle. Was not sure what substrate i wanted to use at the time. A few weeks later i presoaked some reborn media and put that in as the substrate. I went with that because i can still run some good flow. I made a "shelf" type of rock work so i can blast the back of the tank with good flow. No coral yet just been adding some tech to the system. Currently running a hydros 4. The lights are AI hydra 26. Lmk what you think. Thanks!
