Hi everyone ,
I‘m a new member from the United Kingdom to the salt water hobby but have kept freshwater fish For 10 years
My present tank is 5years old 96in.L X 36in.W X 30in.H with Malawi Cichlids.
I have a custom build on site marine tank and cabinet with sump on order 72in.L x 30in.W x 33in.H
I shall be looking for lots of help and advice from all you experienced salties to get me off to a good start when my new tank arrives.
So a big thank you in advance for all the help that I receive.
Saltwater newbie here too. :) I actually was just recently going back and forth between a reef tank or an African cichlid tank, lol! Members of a cichlid forum talked me out of the cichlid tank though, based mostly on the fact that the fish I prefer need a much bigger tank than I currently have space for. I just wanted to try something different from what I've done for years. So, small reef tank project it is! (Someday I would still like to do a 55 or 75 gal cichlid setup).
