Those test you got are great and you will need them very soon. But just for your cycle id get the API cheap ones to measure Ammonia and nitrite etc.
Yup I just purchased it and tested all parameters. They are as follows:
pH

7.4

Ammonia

0.25

Nitrite

0

Nitrate

0

Calcium

410 ppm

Alkalinity

10.6 dkh

Magnesium

1360 ppm

According to research, everything looks good except ammonia levels are a bit high. What should I do to get this down, just wait?

Amoinia converts to nitrite and nitrite to nitrate
Seems like your cycle is properly going through its stages

Getting rid of nitrates is a very popular question
people do many things from growing algae to dosing nopox, vinigar, vodka etc

Many great ways you just need to know what you want and what kind of maintenance schedule you are up for,
you should also know what the advantages and disadvantages of each one is and what your comfortable with

Can I do a 10% water change?

Hi Lucas, welcome.

A bit of advise, relax :) leave the tank alone let it cycle for at least 30 days. Read up on how tanks cycle, plan out what you want long term. Don’t put an anemone in the tank, and if you want one wait a few months to let the tank get established. The skimmer does not need to be on until you populate the tank. Get to know how your sump and how the plumbing works in addition to all the chambers in the main display. The tank will cycle, be patient :)

I agree with flexin let the cycle be for at least 30 days from day one
Don’t do water changes let the bacteria build up
Anemones are out for at least 6-12 months
